Keep Your Starlink Handy

When the Wi-Fi failed in the middle of a demo for a prospect, Andrew Jebasingh scaled the building and installed a Starlink so the demo could go on.

Andrew is the founder and CEO of SiteVue AI, which puts wearable cameras on production lines and runs custom-trained models over the footage in real time. What comes back are bottlenecks, cycle times, defects, machine health and safety issues, on floors where product moves too fast for anyone to catch all of it by eye.

He left the Starlink at home for our inaugural AGM in San Francisco in September 2026. On stage, he sat down with Anne Raimondi, former COO of Asana and a member of the Penny Jar Collective, the senior operators and executives who support our founders. Together they took apart a few myths about AI in the industrial world:

Manufacturing is open for business. The industrial world has concerns about AI, but it has even more curiosity. Owners want AI to improve operations and outcomes, but they need partners who show up with solutions to real problems, not just a product pitch.

People are underestimated. Often the problem is the process, not the people. Andrew found that one “underperforming” worker was the only one leaving the line to grab boxes when they ran out. He wasn’t the problem. He was a hero who needed a better process.

Scars plus fresh eyes. Andrew calls it the J team. He starts with seasoned operators who carry the scars of scaling but still have the “plasticity of mind” to rebuild for the AI era. Then he adds fresh talent eager to use the newest tools. The groups share curiosity, creativity, and work ethic.

We couldn’t agree more with Andrew. While many focus on the Bay Area, opportunities abound outside of it. Every industry is open for business. Just keep your Starlink handy.
